Ameer's wholistic health and wellness journey began when he studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa. The difference in culture and way of living in the Motherland transformed his philosophy about life as he embarked on a spiritual journey and life's devotion to The Most High! The first pillar of health Ameer addressed on his journey was nutrition. He experienced gastrointestinal issues that affected his spiritual, mental, and emotional wellness, and healed through adherence to a whole foods plant-based regimen. Some time later, he recovered from a neuromuscular injury through natural remedies, including physical rehabilitation and chiropractic medicine, among other natural therapies. Ameer affirms that health is a human right and EVERYONE deserves to express his or her highest level of intelligence as it pertains to one's divine purpose through sustenance of one's Inner Wealth. Finally, Ameer is an upholder of Wholistic and Alternative Medicine and emphasizes the importance of brain health and neuroregeneration as it directly correlates with our INNER WEALTH, connection with our CREATOR, and connection with OURSELVES.
